Collineige is looking for new members to join our enthusiastic team of chefs and representatives, many of whom come back to join us for a second or even third season in Chamonix.  If you would like the chance to live in one of the best ski resorts in the world this winter and immerse yourself in French cooking and hospitality, then please read on!

Chefs
Are you are a creative yet practical chef, a foodie with experience of fine dining?  At Collineige you would be part of a tightly knit team, creating fabulous dishes for guests of many different nationalities.

You will need to provide a high level of friendly service ensuring our guests have a relaxed holiday, your responsibilities would include:
* providing breakfast, afternoon tea & cake, four/five course dinner with wine on 5 nights per week
* working with a team of chefs, helping to design the menus
* helping with shopping and changeover day
* providing early children’s supper as required

We are looking for somebody who:
* has a recognised catering qualification OR
   extensive previous experience working as a chef
* is organised, flexible and motivated
* has a friendly manner and a good sense of humour

Must have correct nationality/visa for working in the UK.  The ability to speak French is an advantage.

Representatives
Are you an able and organised individual with a good sense of humour? 
You will need to provide a high level of friendly service ensuring our guests have a relaxed holiday, your responsibilities would include:
*meeting and driving our guests from/to Geneva airport by minibus, arranging ski passes, lessons, guides
*settling them into their accommodation and dealing with queries
*serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
*cleaning
*office work

We are looking for somebody who:
*has good organisational and social skills
*is energetic, practical and self motivated 
*has good communication skills and the ability to follow our intranet system
*is flexible and able to turn their hand to anything!

Must have correct nationality/visa for working in the UK and have held a clean driving licence for at least 3 years.
We will give priority to French speakers.
