Ski and Board Hire

There are a number of tried and tested places in Chamonix that we would recommend for ski and board hire and your rep will advise you on this.  We’ll mention a couple here – there’s Coquoz Sports (Salomon) in rue Docteur Paccard and then there’s our good friend Philippe at Intersport Nord in the avenue du Bouchet near the MBC club.  These shops offer excellent service and also a good discount to Collineige clients.

So how much is this going to cost?  To give you an idea of prices for hire of skis/boards and boots for 6 days recent prices are:

Juniors 70-130 euros

Junior helmet:15 euros 

Adult Beginners 130 - 160 euros
Adult Experienced Skiers 190 - 220 euros

Adult helmet 24 euros

To book ahead online is usually the best value, or otherwise the shop requires your credit card details when you collect your equipment and full payment is made to the shop at the end of your holiday by cash or credit card.
