Chalet Scierie  (as featured in Olive Magazine)

Chalet Scierie is a beautifully renovated and recently improved chalet in the hamlet of Les Tines, a quiet spot ideally situated for skiing in both Chamonix and Argentiere as it lies a few minutes' drive from the Flegere lift or 5 minutes from Les Grands Montets. This pretty chalet is in a wonderful mountain setting next to a chapel; with the sound of the river running past and fabulous views of Mont Blanc it really is idyllic.  

On the ground floor there is a large hall/boot room, and the living area is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The hand-made kitchen has a beautiful range, breakfast bar, granite worktops and all the mod cons you may need. The chalet has a laundry room and a new cinema room on the spacious lower floor. The living/dining area is perfectly suited to relaxing in comfortable chairs around the fireplace, with large windows looking towards Mont Blanc and some beautiful sunsets. A new bedroom and bathroom with separate shower, as well as a dressing room, has been added to the rear of the chalet, with views over the river and forest.

Upstairs on the first floor both of the bedrooms have French windows leading to a balcony with the same stunning view of Mont Blanc. One of the bedrooms has a new bathroom with separate shower and there is also a new shower room for the other bedroom. The second floor has a double bedroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower room.

Outside there is a hot tub on the decking and then the garden, all south facing towards the wonderful view. There is also a garage with plenty of space, tucked in on the right hand side.
