High in the Dentelles de Montmirail at 1,800 feet, Domaine Saint Amant is a family-run vineyard that captures the spirit of the Southern Rhône Valley. Its 32 acres of terraced vines sit among limestone and marl soils and benefit from a unique mountain microclimate that gives each wine its distinct character and depth.
Respect for nature lies at the heart of everything here. The team works without herbicides or pesticides and manages the vines and soils by hand to preserve the area’s rich biodiversity. In the cellar, winemaking is gentle and natural, allowing time and terroir to shape each bottle.
Throughout the summer months, Domaine Saint Amant hosts a series of friendly and informal events. Every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 pm, visitors can enjoy games, wine by the glass, soft drinks for children and deli boards (reservation required +33 4 90 62 99 25). There are also lively music nights and other seasonal gatherings – the perfect way to unwind and savour the setting.
